Today we used place value discs to learn about place value and expanded notation!

Mrs. Hrom wrote a number on the board and then we worked together as a group and displayed the number using the place value discs.

We then used the place value discs to expand the number. We expanded numbers up into the millions!

We had a lot of fun using the discs and they really helped us to learn about place value and expanded notation!
